Physical Education
敢 成为伟大的人.
Physical activity, exercise, and wellness are essential to the Branson experience. Our physical education program is nontraditional and tailored to every student. Whether you choose to participate in one of Branson’s many interscholastic sports or club teams, or you select an alternate activity such as equestrian or martial arts, our program will help you develop an appreciation for an active lifestyle, 良好品格, and a positive self-im年龄. While our program offers diverse opportunities, we emphasize:
- Lifelong habits that contribute to being a part of something bigger than one’s self
- Team building and sportsmanship
- Development of leadership skills
- Cooperation among peers
Through our physical education program, you will raise your fitness levels and develop an understanding of the relationship between fitness and lifelong physical and mental wellness. Branson student athletes can also learn from Branson’s Strength & Conditioning Program, designed to enhance athleticism and help improve sports performance.
